All customer rights are protected by two pieces of legislation, being The Fair Trading Act and the Consumers Guarantees Act. In addition to this legislation, customers are also protected by the manufacturers product warranty. 

When you deal with Rangitikei Floorings, the workmanship involved in the installation of a flooring product that has been supplied by our Company and installed by specialist staff or contractors, is guaranteed for two years from the date of installation.

This guarantee is applicable under normal wear and tear conditions and applies to the installation only and not the quality of the product installed.

On completion of installation,  if required,  Rangitikei Floorings can have the quality of the installation work professionally inspected by a senior experienced staff member who when satisfied will issue a Certificate of Completion. The certificate which will carry the Rangitikei Floorings commercial stamp, will be given to the customer at the completion of this process.

Should there be a situation where the customer is not satisfied with the installed product, then customer rights as detailed in the Consumers Guarantees Act will be evoked and it is the responsibility of Rangitikei Floorings as the supplier to address the customers concerns and to liaise with the manufacturer of the product supplied.
